OF HIRE.

Reschedule free of charge, up to 7 days out.

Bookings can be rescheduled at no charge up to 7 days before the booking date.

Refunds scale with notice given.

Cancellation refunds depend on how much notice is given before the booking.

• More than 30 days before the booking: full refund
• Between 48 hours and 30 days before the booking: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before the booking: no refund

Your booking covers the whole visit.

Booked time includes all setup, pack-down and cleaning, not just the shoot, meeting or event itself.

The space must be left clean and furniture returned to its original position at the end of every booking.

Self-access by lockbox or keyless entry.

Birdcage Studios is accessed by lockbox or keyless entry.

Arrival instructions are sent ahead of every confirmed booking.

Rates are listed excluding GST.

All published pricing is excluding GST.

A two-hour minimum applies to studio hire, and additional hours are charged at $165 per hour excluding GST.
